Alabama National Guard Joint Enlistment Enhancement Program (J.E.E.P.) Recruiting Incentive

Alabama JEEP offers a $1,000 incentive for an approved recruiting lead that results in enlistment. Eligible assistants include current Alabama Guard members in pay grades O-4 and below, qualifying Guard retirees and State Military Department employees. Guardsmen are limited to ten compensated leads per fiscal year. Recruiting-command personnel and their immediate families are excluded, as are leads already working with a recruiter. Submit the JEEP agreement and meet mentoring, documentation and payment-certification requirements; payment is not automatic.
