Delaware Veterans Treatment Court Program

Delaware Veterans Treatment Court offers voluntary, closely supervised treatment through diversion and probation tracks for eligible Veterans with qualifying nonviolent cases and mental-health or substance-use needs. Referrals come through the Attorney General’s Office or defense counsel. Participants must follow court and treatment requirements; sanctions or termination are possible. Dismissal can follow successful completion of a qualifying diversion case, but is not promised for every participant or probation case.
