Georgia Military College State Service Scholarship Loan
This competitive, service-obligated scholarship loan helps qualifying Georgia residents attend Georgia Military College full time. Applicants must meet the 12-month Georgia-residency rule, admission and academic standards, military-enlistment requirements, and general student-aid conditions. Awards may cover cost of attendance after applicable state and federal grants, subject to funding and selection; no award is guaranteed. Recipients commit to four years of Georgia National Guard service, including two years while enrolled and two after completing the program. Failure to satisfy the agreement can require repayment with interest within five years. Review current program regulations and the promissory note before accepting; this is not an entitlement for every Veteran.
An agency must make the actual eligibility decision.
The program is source-verified, but its eligibility rules are not automated in this record.
