Kentucky Disabled Veteran (No Fee) License Plate

Kentucky’s no-fee Disabled Veteran plate has qualifying routes for VA vehicle-purchase assistance, a 100% service-connected disability rating, or a Medal of Honor award. Present the applicable VA letter or general order to the county clerk and surrender the regular plate. The current page lists no initial or renewal plate fee; optional personalization costs $25 annually. The plate expires July 31. Other vehicle charges and disability-parking requirements should be checked separately.
