Kentucky High School Diploma Program for Veterans of World War II, Korean War and Vietnam War

Kentucky’s Operation Recognition allows an authentic high-school diploma for an honorably discharged World War II, Korean-conflict, or Vietnam War Veteran who left high school before graduation for military induction and meets the governing requirements. The Veteran or a family member submits discharge/service documentation and the former school and district to Kentucky Veterans Affairs. KDVA verifies the documents and the local school board verifies enrollment and issues the diploma; this is not a dependent tuition benefit.
