Resident Tuition Rates for Nonresident Veterans and their Dependents at the Northern Marianas College (NMC)

Northern Marianas College offers resident tuition to qualifying military-connected students under federal protections. Covered students must meet applicable benefit and school requirements and live in CNMI when classes begin. Federal law removed the former three-year post-service enrollment limit in 2021 and extends protections to qualifying Chapter 1606 Selected Reserve users for academic periods beginning on or after August 1, 2026. Ask NMC’s School Certifying Official to confirm eligibility and documents.
