Oklahoma Disabled Veteran License Plate

Veterans with at least 50% service-connected disability can apply for an Oklahoma Disabled American Veteran plate using Form 751-J. Include a copy of the Oklahoma Department of Veterans Affairs Reduced Licensing Charge Card Form 599 or its letter specifically for vehicle registration—not a disability-percentage letter. Vehicle and owner or principal-driver certification, insurance and payment are required. A wheelchair-symbol plate additionally requires disability-parking documentation.
