Oregon Veteran Recognition License Plate
Honorably discharged Veterans may apply for Oregon’s Veteran recognition plate with DMV’s certification and accepted service documentation. Branch, campaign or award decals require the corresponding proof; only DMV-authorized decals may be used. This is the Veteran’s plate eligibility, not a general spouse or survivor entitlement.
