Puerto Rico Public Postsecondary Tuition Relief for Eligible Veterans
Qualifying Veterans whose federal education entitlement is exhausted, nearing exhaustion before completing eligible studies, or unavailable may qualify for tuition relief at UPR and other covered Puerto Rico public postsecondary institutions. Academic standards and proof of service, identity, and VA education-benefit status apply. Coordinate with the school’s Veterans office; this is not automatic free tuition at every school.
An agency must make the actual eligibility decision.
The program is source-verified, but its eligibility rules are not automated in this record.
