Texas Veterans Commission On-the-Job Training Program (OJT)
Texas Veterans Commission approves eligible employer on-the-job training programs for GI Bill use. Veterans may be able to receive federal GI Bill education payments while earning wages in an approved training position, subject to VA eligibility and program approval. The TVC application process is for employers; individual Veterans should use VA’s on-the-job training and apprenticeship guidance and confirm the program’s approval. This is not a separate state cash grant.
An agency must make the actual eligibility decision.
The program is source-verified, but its eligibility rules are not automated in this record.
